Where Ancient Wisdom Meets Your Modern Wellness Journey
At Swasti Ayurveda, we believe that true well-being is not a destination—it is a way of living.
A life rooted in balance, rhythm, and harmony with nature.
Wellness is deeply personal. It is never one-size-fits-all.
Founded with deep respect for India’s timeless healing traditions, Swasti Ayurveda was created to make Ayurveda accessible, practical, and relevant for modern life. Whether you are navigating a busy schedule, managing everyday imbalances, or simply curious about holistic living, our approach is gentle, thoughtful, and grounded in authenticity.
We believe that healing does not need to feel complicated. It begins with understanding your body, listening to its signals, and making small, sustainable choices that support long-term harmony.

The Meaning of Swasti
Swasti (स्वस्ति) means auspiciousness, peace, and well-being.
It represents a state where the body feels supported, the mind feels steady, and life flows with ease.
This is the essence we hope to bring into your life through Swasti Ayurveda.
Our Philosophy
Ayurveda teaches us to live in harmony with our inner nature and the world around us.
At Swasti Ayurveda, we honour this ancient wisdom while gently adapting it for everyday living—so it fits naturally into modern routines without losing its depth or integrity.
You don’t need to be an expert.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You only need the willingness to listen to your body—and a little guidance along the way.
Meet the Founder: Dr. Neethu
For over a decade, Dr. Neethu has walked a purposeful path—blending the classical wisdom of Ayurveda with a compassionate, patient-first approach to healing.
A graduate of K.V.G. Ayurveda Medical College, she completed her BAMS and MD in Dravyaguna (Medicinal Plants). Her professional journey includes clinical experience at respected institutions such as:
Government Ayurveda Dispensary, Calicut
Punarjani Ayurveda Hospital, Bangalore
Aryogyapradayini Oushadhasala
Through her practice, Dr. Neethu has worked extensively with digestive disorders, chronic pain, stress-related conditions, and skin health—always guided by the principle that every individual requires personalised care.
What truly defines her work is her approach.
Each consultation begins with deep listening, followed by thoughtfully tailored herbal therapies, dietary guidance, and lifestyle support. Her focus extends beyond symptom relief to restoring balance and supporting long-term well-being.
A passionate educator and researcher, Dr. Neethu has presented her work at national and international forums. Her academic contributions include research on Bhumijambu (Syzygium caryophyllatum) and its role in Mukhapaka (Stomatitis), reflecting her deep interest in medicinal plants and evidence-based Ayurveda.
Currently practising from her community clinic in Hyderabad, she offers a rare blend of classical Ayurvedic care with warmth, clarity, and a modern sensibility.
Why Swasti Ayurveda Was Born
Swasti Ayurveda was founded as a natural extension of Dr. Neethu’s healing journey.
Through years of clinical practice, she observed how small, mindful lifestyle changes—when guided correctly—could gently restore balance and vitality. She felt called to create a space where people could learn, heal, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and unforced.
Swasti Ayurveda is not just a wellness brand.
It is a nurturing space for balance, learning, and self-discovery—rooted in the belief that true healing begins within and is supported by nature.
